Bondi Born Free Shipping We ship to Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney warehouse.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, Australian customer orders must be received by 3pm Wednesday 18th December. New Zealand customers must place orders by 3pm Tuesday 10th December (for free Standard Shipping) or 3pm Tuesday 17th December (for customer paid DHL Express shipping)

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
We provide FREE Express Shipping  (Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days).

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS 
We provide FREE Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days). DHL Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15 (estimated delivery time 2-3 business days). Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties for importing into your country from Australia. Please view our Terms & Conditions regarding New Zealand GST, Customs Charges & Duty.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Our Express and Standard shipping is done with Authority to Leave. This allows for your order to be left in a safe location when no one is at home. It is the norm for most fashion retailers in Australia. If the courier/Australia Post deems that there is no safe location, the order will be brought to the nearest post office and a card left with further instructions on how to collect. 

Bondi Born Swimwear Returns & Exchanges

EXTENDED HOLIDAY GIFTING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all orders placed between Tuesday 3rd December through to Thursday 19th December we are extending our return/exchange period to ensure your holiday gifting is perfect. Anything purchased during this period will be eligible for return or exchange up until 10th January 2020. Please ensure you contact delivery@bondiborn.com prior to 10th January 2020 to arrange your return or exchange. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to a FREE return or FREE exchange on any full priced item within 14 days of receiving the item.

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS
Promotional sale items are eligible for FREE returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item.

FINAL / END OF SEASON SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during "Final / End of Season" are not eligible for free returns but may be exchanged once for a different size or item of the same price.

RETURNS | STANDARD TERMS
If your purchase is eligible for a free return simply get in touch via delivery@bondiborn.com or via the Contact page on our website, citing your order number, the item(s) being returned and reason(s) for returning.

Once your return is registered with us and approved, we will email you a FREE returns label to put on the package and post it back to us.

Items must be unworn and unused, with the original tags and hygienic seal attached and in the original packaging.

Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund/exchange awarded. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item(s), simply get in touch via delivery@bondiborn.com or via the Contact page on our website, citing your order number, the item(s) being exchanged and reason(s) for exchanging.

Once your exchange is registered with us and approved, we will email you a FREE returns label to put on the package and post it back to us (applicable to Australian customers only). Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, the replacement will be sent out.

New Zealand customers will be provided with a returns address once their exchange has been approved. You, the customer are solely responsible for returning your item(s) to us, including the returns charge, so please choose a trackable service.

Items being exchanged must be unworn and unused, with the original tags and hygienic seal attached and in the original packaging. 

Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund/exchange awarded.

Please be advised, in the event you are exchanging promotional sale item(s) - of which you cannot receive a refund, you will be provided a credit note to use on your next order, to the value of the items returned to us. 

REFUNDS 
At Bondi Born, you can return any full priced item for a full refund. 

Only returns where the item was paid for at full price and are received by our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the order will be refunded. We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item(s) on the basis you paid the full price - this does not include sale items, read more above under 'Returns'. We will not refund any shipping costs. Any items that do not meet the requirements outlined in our Returns policy, will not be refunded. For example, items returned without their hygienic seal in place will not be refunded. All goods will be inspected on return.

All returned items are your responsibility until they reach our HQ in Sydney, Australia - so make sure you re-package your swimwear properly and in its original packaging.    

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without prior communication from you. It can take up to 7 business days for your returned item(s) to reach us in Sydney, Australia. We'll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. For full information on returns and refunds, please see our Terms & Conditions.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders and FREE Standard Shipping on all New Zealand orders.    

NEW ZEALAND GST, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

This information is only relevant for deliveries to NEW ZEALAND.

If your total order value is less than the equivalent of NZ$200, you will not be charged GST, Customs or Duties by the NZ Customs Service. In the event your total order value exceeding the equivalent of NZ$200, customs charges and duties may be charged by the NZ Customs Service when the parcel reaches its destination port. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

When ordering from Bondi Born, you agree to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges which may be imposed by your country's government.    

If you refuse to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges or penalty imposed by your government. We suggest that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises. We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges.
