Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2022

On Monday 9 May 2022 we debuted our Resort 23 collection, PHOSPHOR, set against the spectacular backdrop of Sydney’s iconic cityscape, at the White Bay Cruise Terminal, as part of Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2022.

Taking reference from David Rudnicks NFT digital image, Stem, PHOSPHOR is a play for plant life in the metaverse. Of freshness, vitality, the spirit of youth, new energy and a clean slate. A crispness like cold water and fresh cotton bed sheets. Lime green that is nostalgically ‘new age’, beams alongside the glow of over buffed skin, extrinsic in its luminosity. PHOSPHOR sees a colour palette that is as soft as it is acidic - foreign and familiar. Far reaching and far-ranging references find balance alongside the hum of our collective longing to start, stop and begin again.
