As part of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Sydney, in May this year, BONDI BORN debuted ‘Solanum’, the first resort wear collection. This carefully curated collection of elegant separates, fluid silhouettes and rich colour, designed to complement BONDI BORN’s swimwear perfectly.

Relaxed tailoring in luxury, sustainable Italian and Japanese fabrications has been created to serve as your uncomplicated summer holiday uniform. The resort wear collections is beautifully languid and soft, falling around the form at just the right places, designed to be your easy to wear warm weather staples.

The collection is named ‘Solanum’, after the group of flowering plants that eggplants and tomatoes are from, two staple ingredients of southern Italy. The idea of staple ingredients is key because that’s what the apparel really is; easy to wear resort wear pieces. These are the warm weather wardrobe essentials that will elevate your summer style.
