SHIPPING
BONDI BORN® ships globally to most countries in the world. Your order will be packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered to you in 2 and 7 days via DHL Express.
Shipping is free above a certain order value with a small flat rate charges for orders below this value, which will be shown at checkout.
At checkout, you will see payment methods available. Shipping, duties, or taxes to your country will be listed in your local currency.
Use the "Country Switcher" tool at the very bottom of the page to select your country if it isn’t showing your local currency.
We have partnered with Global-e, a trusted global company that manages shipping & returns for thousands of ecommerce brands to over 100 countries so we can provide you with the most cost-effective and efficient management of shipping, returns, duties, and taxes in your country. Your purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order).
When you purchase from us, please note that your payment (via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal, etc.) will be appear as Global-e on your statement.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties and taxes charged by your country for importing goods will be calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.
If duties and taxes are charged, they will be listed separately and included in the total price of the product.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility. If this is the case with your country, you will be notified at checkout so you have full transparency before you place your order.
Please note that packages may undergo customs clearance procedures in some countries, which may lead to potential delays beyond original delivery estimates. Kindly take this into account when making your purchase.
SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
Our DHL Express shipping is provided with tracking and requires a signature for the goods to be handed over. If you work on all business days, you should consider having your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a place where someone you trust can sign for it.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to request a refund or credit note under these terms:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in as-new condition, free from marks and damage. Do not remove hygiene labels or swing tags.
- The item/s was purchased at full price or at a promotional discount less than 50%.
- Sale items with a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for returns.

Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy will not be accepted, and no refund or credit note will be awarded.
REQUEST YOUR RETURN BY CLICKING HERE
Enter your order number, beginning with #INT and your email address.
Once you have lodged your return, you will receive an email within 24 hours with information on how to send your return back to us. If your return has been approved in accordance with the above requirements, the payment method used for the original transaction will be used to process the refund.
The refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your return, excluding weekends. Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. The refund will appear as coming from Global-e, the same as the original transaction.
EXCHANGES
We currently cannot process exchanges through our online store. If you would like to exchange your item/s for a different color or size, we suggest placing a new order as soon as possible to secure your desired item and returning your unwanted items to us for a full refund.
