International Shipping

What Countries does BONDI BORN® ship to?

BONDI BORN® ships to most major international countries.

If you haven't already done so, choose your country by using the COUNTRY SWITCHER dropdown at the very bottom of the page. Pricing, shipping, duties and taxes will then be shown in in your local currency.

Does the price include customs, duties, and taxes charged by my country?

Duties and taxes for each country are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.

We will list any import duties and taxes charged by your country on separate lines at checkout.

For most countries, they will be included in the product price. There will be a note at checkout to clarify this for you.

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid by the customer upon delivery, which becomes the customer’s responsibility. If this is the case with your country it will be noted at checkout with full transparency before you order.

Please note that in some countries, imported packages may undergo customs clearance procedures, potentially leading to delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Kindly take this into account when making your purchase.

What currency will I be charged in?

If your have selected your country when you entered the site or via the CURRENCY SWITCHER at the very bottom of this page, your local currency will be used.

Who is Global-e and why are they appearing on my method of payment after I placed an order with BONDI BORN®?

We have partnered with Global-e, a trusted global company that manages international shipping and returns to over 100 countries for thousands of ecommerce sellers.

Global-e manage payment & refund of duties and taxes in each country. To do this they need to become the "seller-of-record." You will see that your purchase from us using your chosen payment method (e.g. via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal) will appear as Global-e on your statement. The purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order).

Due to our partnership with Global-e, we are able to provide all of our shoppers with attractive shipping prices that are calculated during checkout.

Refunds and Returns

How do I place a return for an international order?

For international returns, please submit your return via our dedicated RETURNS PORTAL. Enter your order number starting with #INT and email address to initiate the return.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to request a refund or credit note under these terms:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be in as-new condition, free from marks and damage. Do not remove hygiene labels or swing tags.
  • The item was purchased at full price or at a promotional discount less than 50%.
  • Sale items with a discount of 50% or more are marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift cards may not be returned.
  • Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. BONDI BORN® offers return shipping at a subsidised price, which will advised when you enter your return through the RETURNS PORTAL. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund due.
  • BONDI BORN® will not be responsible for any items lost or stolen in return postage.
Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on our premium designer pieces and quality craftsmanship. However, in the instance that you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, you may elect to receive a full refund or store credit. Please be advised that our team will assess all faulty returns before a refund is processed. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Online Store Credits

If you wish to receive online store credit instead of a refund, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing them on customercare@bondiborn.com. This online store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card and will be valid for 3 years from the date of creation.

Please note only one gift card can be used per transaction.

Can I return my online purchase in-store?

No. For now, all items purchased on our online store need to be returned by requesting a return on our Returns Portal.

Can I exchange my online purchase?

We currently do not process exchanges through our online store. If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest placing a new order as soon as possible to secure your desired item, and returning your unwanted items to us for a full refund.

Who pays for my online return?

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, and BONDI BORN will not be responsible for items lost or stolen in postage. BONDI BORN takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.

Can sale items be returned?

Sale items at discounts less than 50% can be returned. Any sale item discounted at 50% of greater cannot be returned. It will be marked FINAL SALE.

Placing An Order

Can I edit my order?

If you need to edit your order, please email customercare@bondiborn.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. 

Item availability

Occasionally, our online store may encounter a high volume of transactions, which can lead to stock levels not being promptly updated.

While this is a rare event, if an item in your order is affected, our customer care team will notify you immediately and present you with appropriate alternative choices.

My Order Has Not arrived yet?

We regret any inconvenience caused by delays in processing and shipping of your order. Please check the tracking number which will be emailed to you in your Order Confirmation from BONDI BORN®. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact our friendly team at customercare@bondiborn.com so we can assist you further.

Identification Verification

Occasionally, we are notified by our systems that an order may require additional identification checks. These are industry standard security measures to ensure consumer protection. In the event that your order is identified, our Customer Care team will contact you to request additional information or confirmation that you have recently placed an order with BONDI BORN®.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment methods dependent on what country you are ordering from, these include all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Card, Discover, Union Pay as well as Afterpay, Klarna & PayPal.

Do you offer Buy Now/Pay Later options?

Yes, we offer the Buy Now/Pay Later options of Afterpay and Klarna.

How do I use Afterpay and Klarna?

Shop as you normally would, when you get to the payment option page, choose Afterpay or Klarna. 

Register with Afterpay and provide payment details (Afterpay accepts Visa or Mastercard). If you have used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account from the checkout and complete your order. It really is that simple!

*Afterpay accepts Visa and MasterCard only. You must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address and a mobile phone number to sign-up.

Can a promo code and gift voucher be used at the same time?

Currently, our system is only able to support the use of one code at a time.

If you have a gift voucher and would also like to take advantage of an online promotion, please email customercare@bondiborn.com and we will accommodate your request.

I have received an e-gift card, can this be redeemed in-store?

Currently BONDI BORN® e-gift cards can only be redeemed online.

Please consider purchases carefully as items purchased online on sale or during a promotional event can only be returned for online store credit unless the merchandise is proven to be faulty or wrongly received. Items marked Archive Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
