Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not require an account to place an order online, you can check out as a guest. We do suggest creating an account so that when you sign in the next time you visit online, all your details will be automatically entered.

I need to cancel my Bondi Born order. Is this possible?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by the warehouse, so please contact Bondi Born customer service at delivery@bondiborn.com as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Out of Stock Products – How will I know when an item will be restocked online?

Most of our Signature styles will be restocked throughout the season. Some pages have a “signup to be emailed” feature that lets us notify you when a product is back in stock. If you are after a particular item that is no longer showing available online, feel free to contact Bondi Born customer service for further details.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, as well as Afterpay.

Am I liable for GST, Customs or Duties on my order?

Yes, for New Zealand based orders, customers are liable for any GST, Customs Charges and/or Duties that are applicable to your order, charged by the New Zealand Customs Service. Please view our Term & Conditions regarding New Zealand GST, Customs Charges & Duty.

Which currency will my payment be processed in?

All orders placed online will be processed in AUD. 

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all Australian and New Zealand orders. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use FREE Express Shipping on all orders within Australia. This service usually takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order? -

All orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand can be tracked online. Your tracking details and link can be found in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet, it means your order is still being processed. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email so you can track it. If your order has been shipped and you’re still not able to track it, please email Customer Service at delivery@bondiborn.com

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to amend the delivery address. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed by the warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Your happiness is the most important thing to us here at Bondi Born, so if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We offer FREE returns within Australia on full priced item(s). For more information, please see our Returns page.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item, simply contact Bondi Born customer service at  delivery@bondiborn.com or via the Contact page on our website, quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for returning. Once your return is registered with us, we will email you a FREE returns label to post back with the item(s). For more information, please refer to our Returns page.

Can I return Sale items?

For a return or exchange of item(s) purchased during a promotional sale, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Once this timeframe has passed, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange. Items purchased during “Final / End of Season” sales are not eligible for returns.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

All our products are made with care and inspected prior to being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact Customer Service within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For more information see our Returns page.

I’ve received an incorrect item. What should I do?

I’ve sent some items back from my order. Have you received them?

Returns can take up to 7-14 days to arrive. The team at Bondi Born works as fast as possible to process your return, but in some cases, this can take anywhere between 24-48 hours. Once your return is processed, you will receive an automated email notification. 

Sizing

What size should I order?

To find your perfect size, please refer to our Size Guide page, or alternatively view the products page for details listed on the website. If you have specific sizing questions, please email us and we would be happy to help.

Do your swimwear products have removable bra cups?

Most of our one-piece swimwear and bikini tops have removable bra cups, however some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each individual product item (Size & Fit) for details.

I have a coupon code/voucher, but it’s not working!

Check the term & conditions, and expiry date of the offer as most coupon codes are only valid for a limited amount of time or may not be applicable to all products.
